General Privacy Notice

Due to its broad software development and operations activities, AdiumSoft runs numerous systems that process personal data. In relation to these solutions, under the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter also referred to as the "GDPR"), the Company may act as a controller (hereinafter also referred to as the "Controller") or as a processor (hereinafter also referred to as the "Processor"). Separate data processing policies are in place for individual projects. Our role in each project is defined separately, and the Company’s GDPR classification is indicated accordingly.
